The gastroentérologie et nutrition unit within CHU de Bordeaux's hépato-gastro-entérologie service, at the Centre Médico-Chirurgical Magellan on the Haut-Lévêque site, runs a dedicated MICI programme. The team led by Prof. David Laharie follows around 2,000 patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Care spans consultations, day-hospital intravenous treatments, conventional hospitalisation for severe flares, therapeutic-education workshops and access to clinical-research protocols.
