Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center
The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center treats Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and intestinal Behçet's disease, running separate clinics for ulcerative colitis and Crohn's, for intestinal Behçet's, for IBD surgery and for clinical research. Gastroenterologists, surgeons, radiologists and specialist nurses meet as a multidisciplinary team to plan medical and surgical treatment together. Paediatric and adult gastroenterologists are both listed on the centre's staff, and the hospital runs an International Healthcare Center for patients coming from abroad.
