An accredited IBD unit within the digestive medicine service caring for more than 2,400 registered patients. It manages immunosuppressive and biologic therapies, complex perianal disease alongside colorectal surgeons, granulocytoapheresis, vaccination and intravenous biologic administration, and paediatric transition care. It runs a specialised IBD nursing consultation offering education and remote management by phone and email.
