The UNC Multidisciplinary Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Center, established in 1999, provides care for ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease through adult and pediatric gastroenterologists, colorectal surgeons, radiologists and pathologists. It runs one of the largest specialty Pouch Clinics in the country and offers novel treatments through clinical trials.
