The Citadelle hospital runs CitaMICI, a dedicated centre for chronic inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis) that opened in February 2026. Care is organised around a MICI-specialised gastroenterology consultation supported by a multidisciplinary team, and consultations are held at the Centre médical La Chapelle in Liège.
