At the Etelä-Karjala Central Hospital gastroenterology clinic, inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) are treated. IBD patients may contact the clinic about IBD matters also between scheduled check-ups, and an IBD-specific Omavointi electronic monitoring questionnaire is used every two months and before appointments. Remote (video) appointments are offered.
