The gastro-entérologie et nutrition department at Hôpital Saint-Antoine (AP-HP) runs a recognised MICI (inflammatory bowel disease) care and research activity for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. It combines specialist consultations, clinical trials, therapeutic education, a dedicated MICI coordination line (RESOMIC) and a nationally known intestinal-microbiota research programme including faecal microbiota transplantation. Care is coordinated across gastroenterologists, digestive surgeons, oncologists and a dietitian.
