AZ Sint-Lucas Gent runs a dedicated IBD-kliniek within its department of maag-, darm- en leverziekten. The clinic has a multidisciplinary team of gastroenterologists, two IBD nurses, a dietitian, a psychologist and a clinical-studies coordinator, and publishes its own IBD nurse line and email. It offers the full range of IBD medication including biologics and small molecules, and surgical treatment of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
