The IBD-centrum cares for patients with chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, mainly Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, aiming to achieve remission and prevent flare-ups. Care is delivered by IBD gastroenterologists together with a proctologist, a colorectal surgeon and IBD nursing consultants.
