A Northern Ireland IBD service supporting people with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis across three hospital sites. It provides outpatient clinics, medication management and rapid-access appointments for flare-ups, with named IBD nurses running site-specific advice lines. Dietetics, psychology and colorectal surgery are available within the pathway.
